The competition is now open for entries.

At this initial stage, we're looking for a PDF entry outlining the detail of your creative campaign idea.The entry must be no longer than 2 sides of A4.

 The closing date for initial entries has been extended to 4pm on Thursday 29th June

 

What happens after the closing date?

A small panel of 4Sales staff  will review all the initial entries and put them through a rigourous shortlisting process against the criteria published on this website.

No more than 5 campaigns will be shortlisted, with all 5 notified by email on 4th July 2017. At this point, we'll invite the shortlisted brands to come and pitch their campaign ideas to our main judging panel on Weds 19th July 2017. They'll have 10 mins to pitch the idea, with 10 minutes allocated for questions afterwards.

Following this, one winning campaign will be chosen to win the main £1million prize. The non-successful shortlisted campaigns will be offered the opportunity of match-funding, to try and get their pitched campaigns on air.

The winning company will be expected to produce and clear the advert in time for broadcast in October 2017.

 

Who could enter?

The competition was open to brands and their media or creative agencies alike. To qualify for this competition, you must have had the explicit backing of the featured brand and by entering you agreed that should you win the media value, you commit to producing and clearing (at your own cost) the agreed advertisement in time for broadcast in October 2017.

 

How much does it cost to enter?

Nowt, zero, zilch, nothing – entry into the competition doesn't cost you a penny and you can enter as many different entries as you wish!
